Any order placed online will be charged to the payment method provided in full, even if the item is not in stock.
All purchases must be prepaid prior to pick up or delivery. No COD is allowed.

Layaway is available for most in store purchases of furniture and rug items with a minimum of 10% down.
Items must be paid off and picked up within 30 days.
Cancellations within 7 days will be issued a refund or store credit at the customer’s discretion.
Cancellations after 7 days and up to 30 days will result in store credit.
Layaway items held beyond 30 days are considered final sales.
Delivered orders must be paid in full and in stock prior to delivery.
Delivery fees are determined by location and are non-refundable.
Merchandise setup and assembly are the customer's responsibility unless a set-up service is purchased.
Removal of old furniture is possible for a fee. Please contact our customer service team for a quote. Replacement of existing furniture is not allowed. Mattress removal service is available if purchased.
Deliveries are assigned geographically and made between 9 AM and 5 PM.
You will receive a confirmation call or text one day in advance of the scheduled delivery confirming the 3-hour appointment. Delivery times are not guaranteed due to potential delays (weather, traffic, accidents, etc.).
A second delivery charge may apply if the initial appointment is missed or if the merchandise does not fit into the home.
Defective merchandise and/or residence damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Additional fees may apply for deliveries above the second floor.
Customers may pick up their orders in-store. Orders must be prepaid and in stock prior to pick up. Please bring your receipt and a valid ID when picking up your order.
Refunds on credit card transactions are processed immediately and may take up to 48 business hours to appear in your account, depending on the issuing bank.
Refunds on cash transactions over $20 will be in the form of a company check mailed within 7-10 days.
Items can be returned or orders canceled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund if conditions are met.
Items returned or orders canceled after 7 days but before 30 days will be issued store credit.
Items must be returned in perfect condition, in original packaging, and with a sales receipt.
Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. Orders held beyond 30 days are considered final sales.
Special orders can be canceled within 3 days for a full refund or within 30 days for store credit.
A 25% restocking fee applies to special orders canceled after 3 days or returned within return policy terms.
"Direct To You" items can be canceled within 7 days for a full refund or within 30 days for store credit, with a 25% restocking fee for returns.
Applicable return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, varying by location, size, weight, and return method.
Upgraded shipping charges and service charges (e.g., assembly, expedited shipping) are non-refundable.
Inspect products immediately upon receipt. Report any damage or defects within 48 hours to support@huckfinnhome.com, including photos of the issue.
Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement, refund, or repair of the damaged or defective part or product.
If a replacement product or part is needed, it will be sent at no additional cost. Refunds or exchanges will be processed upon receipt and verification of the defective product.
We reserve the right to refuse service for items reported more than 30 days after delivery or if the damage is due to improper use.
All merchandise is first quality unless noted otherwise and is backed by a 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects for residential use.
Transportation costs for warranty claims are the customer’s responsibility.
Defective items may be repaired or replaced at Huck Finn Home’s or the manufacturer’s discretion.
