CYBERTRUCK QR GIVEAWAY

These are the Official Rules for the Cybertruck QR Giveaway (the "Contest"), where one (1) randomly selected participant will win the grand prize of a Beautyrest Black mattress and Adjustable Base from Huck Finn Home. The Contest runs from March 6, 2025, to May 10. 2025. Each participant's odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received during the Contest period.

No purchase necessary

No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or win, and the use of the term "customer" in these Official Rules does not imply that a purchase is necessary to participate.

Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal U.S. residents aged 18 or older, excluding employees of Huck Finn Home (the "Promoter"), its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children). Promoter’s address is 25 Erie Blvd, Albany, NY 12204.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must scan the QR code displayed on the Cybertruck during the event dates. Only one (1) entry per participant is permitted for the entire duration of the Contest.  20% off Coupon Code not to be combined with any other sales or offers. 

Entry Period

The Contest begins on March 6, 2025, and ends on May 10, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

Winner Selection

One (1) grand prize winner will be selected by random drawing on or around May 11, 2025. The winner will receive a Beautyrest Black mattress and Adjustable Base of their choice, courtesy of Huck Finn Home. The winner will be notified by email or phone within 7 days of the drawing. If the winner cannot be reached or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected. The grand prize must be claimed in-store by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on the fourteenth day following notification. If unclaimed by that deadline, the prize will be forfeited.

Coupon for All Participants

All participants who scan the QR code during the event will receive a 20% off one-order coupon, valid for the entire month of May 2025. This coupon can be redeemed in-store at Huck Finn Home, not to be combined with any other offers. 

Prize Conditions

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants release the Promoter and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage related to the Contest or the use of the prize. This includes, without limitation, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

Disqualification

Any attempt to tamper with the entry process or gain more than the allowed number of entries will result in disqualification. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be acting in violation of these rules.

Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner grants the Promoter the right to use their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Disruptions

The Promoter is not responsible for any late, lost, misrouted, or damaged entries or any disruptions caused by technological malfunctions or unauthorized intervention. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the Contest if it cannot be completed as planned due to such disruptions.

Void Where Prohibited

This Contest is void where prohibited by law.

General Conditions

By entering the Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the Promoter's decisions, which are final. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or modify these rules at any time, and to suspend or cancel the Contest if necessary for reasons beyond its control.

Disputes

Any disputes arising out of or connected with the Contest will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the courts located in Albany, NY. All disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Miscellaneous

If by reason of a printing, technical, or other error, more prizes are claimed than specified in these Official Rules, all persons claiming purportedly valid prizes will be entered into a random drawing to award the advertised number of prizes.

Ownership of Entries

All entries become the property of the Promoter and will not be acknowledged or returned.
